Shipping Policy

At Cream Posse, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, limited-release apparel around the world. All of our orders are handled with attention and care, but due to the nature of our production and fulfillment structure, we ask that customers read and fully understand our shipping terms before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow a standard 1–5 business days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your shipment. This does not include weekends or holidays. During collection drops, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our typical shipping time frame is between 7 to 21 days (1 to 3 weeks) depending on your location, customs processing, and courier service. In some advanced or rare circumstances, delivery may take longer — particularly for international shipments, rural addresses, or during peak holiday seasons. We kindly ask that customers remain patient and track their order using the tracking link provided.

If your order is delayed beyond the typical timeframe, this does not qualify as grounds for a refund or cancellation. We do not guarantee arrival within an exact number of days and are not responsible for courier or customs-related delays.

3. No Order Cancellations After Purchase

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded due to shipping delays. We do not entertain cancellations simply because a package is taking longer than expected. By placing an order, you agree to wait through the full shipping timeframe, including potential delays that may occur due to factors outside our control.

4. Global Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be imposed by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid separately to the carrier or customs agency if applicable.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address entries. If you make a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@creamposse.com. After that window, your package may already be in fulfillment and cannot be changed or stopped.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving your tracking link.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Cream Posse is not responsible for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver due to weather events, customs inspections, transportation delays, postal strikes, political disruptions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. These delays do not entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation.

8. Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal carrier. Cream Posse is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. In the case of packages stuck "in transit" for over 30 days, please email us with your order details and we’ll investigate accordingly.

9. Final Sale & Refund Exceptions

Due to the nature of our drop-based and small-batch model, all items are considered final sale once shipped. Late deliveries do not qualify for refunds. Requests for refund due to shipping delays will be respectfully declined as part of our core policy. We do not offer expedited shipping or guaranteed delivery dates at this time.
