EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY

At Cream Posse, we want to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our limited-run collections and premium streetwear manufacturing process, we maintain strict but fair policies to protect our products and brand integrity.

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. All return or exchange items must be in their original, unopened, unused condition and original packaging. If an item is found to be opened, used, worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags or packaging, it will be deemed ineligible for refund or exchange, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping if they wish to reclaim the item.

Limited Drop Products: Certain designs released as part of exclusive or limited edition drops are strictly non-refundable. These items may only be exchanged if they arrive in damaged condition, and such damage must be clearly documented via high-quality photos submitted at the time of your exchange request. If the item is not damaged but you simply wish to return it, your request will not be approved under any circumstances.

Please note that submission of a return or exchange request does not automatically guarantee approval. All refund and exchange requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by our team. Cream Posse reserves the full right to accept, reject, or partially approve refund or exchange claims based on the actual condition of the returned product, evidence provided, and customer order history.

If your return is accepted, the refund may be issued as a partial or full amount depending on the product's assessed resale condition, packaging status, and eligibility. In some cases, a restocking fee or shipping cost deduction may apply. Refunds will only be sent back to the original payment method and can take up to 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Additionally, Cream Posse reserves the right to limit future return/exchange requests from any customer who is found to be misusing or excessively taking advantage of this policy. If your account is flagged for repeated return abuse or suspicious claims, we may no longer authorize returns for future orders at our discretion.

It is solely the responsibility of the customer to read and understand this policy in full before placing an order. If you initiate a return or exchange without fully meeting these conditions, your claim may be denied and the item may not be refunded or exchanged. In such cases, Cream Posse is under no obligation to return the item back to you unless you cover additional shipping fees.

We created this policy not to make things difficult, but to prevent unfair exploitation of our small batch production model and to serve our genuine customers better. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
